I went from having the whole house breaker flip whenever I ran the AC, or washed clothes, or ran the bath, or my Mac Pro computer, to everything running perfectly. They, and others, thought I'd need a power upgrade, and we were bracing ourselves to have this done. I paid the deposit. Upon further inspection they discovered the multiple issues could be fixed without the upgrade, so they did all the repairs and smaller upgrades and installations (to circumvent future issues which I wouldn't have foreseen but which other "handy" people have told me were really smart), and now I can run both window AC units while washing and drying clothes and pecking at my big computer, simultaneously! They were so honorable they pointed out this option and refunded all of my deposit that wasn't needed for the job--so the job went from $4,000 to $1,000!!!! How's that for great news?!
