"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"I needed an emergency replacement of a hot water heater. Daniel not only came earlier than he was supposed to, he was very informative, polite, and very thorough. He went above and beyond to do the job, snd clean up. Whoever answered the phone when I called this am, squeezed in my appointment, and never did I have to speak to a machine. They texted me when he was on the way, snd showed exactly when he was supposed to. Great friendly customer service- will definitely recommend them to others and use them again! They installed a gas water heater, installed a shut off on the water heater where there was one missing, replaced a kitchen sink from an old double sink to a new full size sink and in doing so, moved the garbage disposal and re-piped the whole project. They checked other pipes & plumbing and repaired a broken outside water pipe. Tisha in the office was also wonderful - very accommodating, congenial and they are all very customer service oriented. Respectful, honest, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

He was very meticulous in tracking down the problem which ended up being easier on the pocket book then I thought it was going to be. The cap on the pipe was not a bug proof cap when they installed it. The company that changed out the well pump in 2018 never mentioned it.
