They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

She was very helpful. In fact, when they came to install, she made one last suggestion to flip the install that turned out to be a great idea. They came on a rainy Saturday and installed in an hour...that's not an exaggeration. The frame was up before I got back from getting coffees. The install is perfectly level, the craftsmanship is top notch and most importantly, my kids love it."
