Please do not use this company- we have scheduled 2 appointments for work to be done, taken of work to be there and they have shown up during hours not specified in our appointment time. They refused to come back during those days and said that it didn't make sense. Repeated- Low quality service, and minimal quality work performed - makes this a definite would not hire again or recommend. Please chose a company who cares about those they serve and the products they produce. You want to partner with a company who cares about you and the product you are purchasing for more than the day you have invested in it.

They decided they underbid and asked for more money. We were quoted and we paid in full they are not good for their word. You quote a job and we pay most anyone would expect the service to be provided.

Overall we had a good experience with Playnation. The sales personal are not pushy and answered our questions quickly. The pricing seemed much better than other providers around Atlanta. They had one guy come out to do the install and he completed assembly within about 3 hours. Our ground was off-level by more than 6 inches end-to-end, but he did not charge any extra. The playset was also anchored into the ground and is very sturdy. We are very pleased with the playset and our daughter loves it!

They did a great job. I looked at several handymen to set up the playset and one was asking for $2000. I purchased the playset from Playnation and paid $150 to have it installed.
