"I can't say enough positive things about the service Paul provided. He was the first one to respond to my request and was accommodating in scheduling a date and time to take care of the problem. He contacted me prior to the scheduled time to let me know he had an emergency call and would be late and said he would contact me when he was on his way. He did and arrived within an hour of the scheduled time. Great communication. Once on sight, he put drop cloths down to cover my wood floors, inspected the area and determined where the clog was. All toll, he was here for about an hour and my waste water is now flowing out to the sewer as it is supposed to. When the job was done the area was left clean. Paul and his apprentice were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Paul did what he was hired to do, which he did very well, and his costs didn't break the bank. They installed a gas water heater, installed a shut off on the water heater where there was one missing, replaced a kitchen sink from an old double sink to a new full size sink and in doing so, moved the garbage disposal and re-piped the whole project. They checked other pipes & plumbing and repaired a broken outside water pipe. Tisha in the office was also wonderful - very accommodating, congenial and they are all very customer service oriented. "The initial company that I called gave me a quote of $22,000 to replace cast iron piping under my home and in my front yard.
