"I can't say enough positive things about the service Paul provided. He was the first one to respond to my request and was accommodating in scheduling a date and time to take care of the problem. He contacted me prior to the scheduled time to let me know he had an emergency call and would be late and said he would contact me when he was on his way. He did and arrived within an hour of the scheduled time. Great communication. Once on sight, he put drop cloths down to cover my wood floors, inspected the area and determined where the clog was. All toll, he was here for about an hour and my waste water is now flowing out to the sewer as it is supposed to. When the job was done the area was left clean. Paul and his apprentice were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Paul did what he was hired to do, which he did very well, and his costs didn't break the bank. They installed a gas water heater, installed a shut off on the water heater where there was one missing, replaced a kitchen sink from an old double sink to a new full size sink and in doing so, moved the garbage disposal and re-piped the whole project. "John was fantastic. We had a section of sewer pipe that was something called Orangeburg (glorified tar paper form WW2 war shortage era). It was falling apart and had serious roots in it. He took A LOT of time and care and was able to clear the roots mostly out without destroying the rotting pipe, to the point where it will be usable for a few more months. The pipe will need to be replaced, but John bought us A LOT of time on a very expensive future job. He also was able to pinpoint what parts of the yard would need to be dug up and was able to recommend someone. It was obvious he cared about what he was doing and wasn't just in there for a quick payday. HIGHLY RECCOMEND."

"The initial company that I called gave me a quote of $22,000 to replace cast iron piping under my home and in my front yard.
