He took A LOT of time and care and was able to clear the roots mostly out without destroying the rotting pipe, to the point where it will be usable for a few more months. The pipe will need to be replaced, but John bought us A LOT of time on a very expensive future job. He also was able to pinpoint what parts of the yard would need to be dug up and was able to recommend someone.
