Diagnosed the problem as a â soft blockageâ in the main septic line between house and tank. This was the cause of the washing machine stand pipe overflowing with water during drain cycle Septic company recommended Ace Electric Sewer. Paul came out with an assistant and dug up the septic cover to try to snake the blockage with a special blade on the end of the snake. That got some movement of water but not enough Water blasted the line from basement side clean out port which sits above the sump pump hole. That finished the job and water was flowing again. Considered a â sludge blockageâ which was probably due to age of house. Never had seen this type of service performed before, but it was truly needed at the end of June 2023 Not the easiest project, fair price, will definitely hire again if needed"

"Andrew was the man who did the work. I showed him where it was he talked and walked me through what needed to be done and what he was going to do. He was delaying at first but given the traffic and there was a lot of fog and he did message me he was on his way. He was kind he did his work, cleaned up and was very knowledgeable of plumbing which is extremely important! I would call on him again if I needed more plumbing to be done in our home! "Anthony and his crew did a fantastic, professional job converting our ancient septic system to public sewer.  The new sewer line he installed ran about 400 feet across our yard and then into the street to the town's manhole.  It was amazing how fast and smooth the job went.  Anthony handled all of the town permits and requirements and kept me informed regarding any possible issues.  He  added gravel and graded our driveway which it really needed.  He also worked with our bank by providing his estimate of the job directly to them.  I highly recommend Anthony and his company!
