He pulled out a ton of buildup and completely fixed the issue the right way — not just a temporary patch. On top of that, he was honest, explained everything clearly, and saved me over $400 compared to other plumbing companies told me I would’ve had to pay. "I am waiting to get an answer back. I was told the $99 few would be waived if I proceeded with the repairs and the plumber did the repairs and was still charged the $99 fee. Need an answer if I am getting refunded. Was charged $145."
