"First, I would like to say I don't really understand how this review made it to my review section. Originally, I went out and met with the customer and her "handyman". We all went over the project together, I showed the customer's handyman what needed to be done he said ok he'll take care of what needed to removed which was wood paneling around the electrical panel. The handyman then text me and told me he was only going to remove a portion instead of what we originally discussed because "he" felt it wasn't necessary to remove what we originally discussed. I told him that the other portions had to be removed because the new electrical panel was bigger in dimension. After going over the same thing with this "handyman " like 5 or 6 more times it hit me all of a sudden and i finally realized that this guy didn't have a clue to what he was doing not even close. The Customer told me that as far as she is concerned the handyman had done his job and he's not going to do anything else. I told the customer if you don't have any knowledge about framing or what needs to be done how do you know what the handyman has done is complete and to code? The customer and the handyman called the building department and complained. The building inspector and the commercial building inspector went out to the customers house and conducted an inspection. Both inspectors verified and explained thoroughly to the customer that what i was telling her all along was legit and 100% accurate. I had an electrical permit and all my electrical work passed. Come to find out the handyman that the customer called a "carpenter" in this review doesn't have and never had a carpenters license or certification, and he never pulled a building permit for all the work he was doing. Both inspectors and building departments immediately issued a stop work order on all the handyman's work and to top it all off all the work that the handyman has done all has to be taken down and removed. I bet you this customer will never hire a handyman again. Cheaper isn't always better, now she'll have to pay for the same job twice. Be on the lookout for these fly by night facebook marketplace handymen. The customer definitely knows the difference between a handyman and a licensed professional now if she never knew the differences before. I wouldn't hire this guy to put a door knob in. After numerous attempts of trying to contact the customer via text and phone to resolve this issue I have been unsuccessful in reaching her. Lastly the building department and inspectors gave me a full report if anyone would like proof also I have pictures as well."
