It was good. They were good. We had a coupon for it. Out of that, the work was good. They spent their time and they did the total job. I will use them in the future.

Was having an intermittent issue where the air handler would not cycle on.  Aire Serv switched the air handler on via the thermostat about 10 times.  The did make sure that evaporation pump was working.  I expected that there would be some diagnostic that they could have performed on the air handler or circuitry itself.  I turned the air handler on myself several times before I called them, so they just repeated what I did beforehand.  I told the operator that I had previously tried this and couldn't get it to fail.  I wasted $95.

Took about 5 hours, and found  a couple of things out of whack that weren't immediately obvious to us, but improved the efficiency thereafter.

After my initial call, representative Pat came to see exactly what we wanted done.  Since we did not know all their options he suggested that the owner Mike come to discuss all the Heating and Air conditioning options for us and the prices.  Mike came and we decided on the mini splits because they were easy to install with only 3 days of disruption to our normal living schedule and they were far less expensive to either hot water heat, which require installing copper pipes in every room and a plumber to do the work and a duct system of delivering forced hot air  to all the rooms with an oil furnace.
We asked that the work start on the 15th of July and it did.  Mike thought it could take three days since the daily temperature was in the 90's but they completed it in two days and left everything clean and orderly.  They did have to cut down some of our foundation plants to make room for the condensers which sit on the ground.
The tubes from the mini splits are run through the walls to the condensers outside and covered with a tube that looks like a gutter drain.  These are on two sides of the house and do look a bit unorthodox on my rough sawn cedar home but I will get use to them or paint them to match the grey stain on the house.  This is why I rated Quality  only good for I have no idea how all these materials rate to other systems and how they will hold up.  Time will tell.
We were able to use them immediately when the installation was completed on the 16th for air conditioning.  Since they work on the same system for heat we only have to change the mode on the remote to Heat and it starts heating the house instead of cooling it.
I had no idea  what a heating and AC installation would cost so I think it is a bit expensive  but I have learned it is far cheaper than other systems especially since my house was built in 1976 with electric baseboard heating which cost a fortune to run in the winter since two upstairs rooms have 18 foot high ceilings.  I have been told this new system will save at least 40 to 50% on electric costs.  I will be keeping track immediately to see if this is true now with the AC system.  If it does I will change my price rating to excellent.

We called him in the middle of the night.  The answering service said that someone will get back to us shortly.  He called us back within 2 or 3 hours and he said he would be at our house by 8 am.  He was reliable, he was professionally dressed.  He found the problem and fixed it temporarily and will be coming back with the correct tubbing to fix it fully.  He offered me an annual maintenance aggreement that would have allowed for discounted prices and he would have applied it to the first job for us had we taken it.  The aggreement also included a free annual air conditioning cleaning and a 15% discount on plumbing and air conditioning repairs.  My first contact with them was because they also provide maintenance to heating systems;  they do it all.  I would definitely call them again.

We had a Burnham boiler that developed a crack (apparently they are notorious for doing so). It was spewing water all over our basement every time it turned on. Mike came over promptly and assessed the situation, giving us several options. We could have gone with a less expensive boiler, but chose a higher efficiency one as well as a new hot water tank (since ours was about 14 years old) and new connections. The installation took all day and into the evening with Mike and his partner working virtually non-stop. He also vacuumed up five gallons of water from our basement. We felt Mike was very professional as well as pleasant and honest to deal with. The new furnace has been in for a few days and is very quiet. He has estimated a savings of about $900 a year in oil costs with the new system.

The salesman who initially came to our home to assess the situation was very knowledgeable and had some good suggestions.  We opted for the heat pump despite the cost as it would also cool the area in the summer time.  The installation went very well and we have been very happy with the end result.  I would not hesitate to call this company for future work.

I worked with Brian Powell from the very beginning of the sales process through installation and a quick follow up service call. I had been researching the mini-split market for a long time and knew exactly what I was looking for. Brian offered excellent sales experience and offered a rather competitive price upfront, without unnecessary and lengthy negotiations. Once we agreed on the price, service was performed quickly and professionally.

Aire Serv was able to accommodate us on a weekend with very little notice. They arrived slightly before the time promised. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem (a controller that had gotten wet), and even identified the cause of the problem (water leaking down our flu). The repair was done so quickly it made the repair cost seem excessive (at least on a per hour basis). But that comes with the territory on a weekend heating house call, so I certainly won't complain. I would recommend Aire Serv and use them in the future.

Mike was on time & was honest. He told us it would be cheaper to replace the motor instead of the entire attic fan. He purchased a new motor & replaced it. We have used him in the past & we will continue to use him. Mike is professional, honest & he does good work.
