"We had a furnace installed by Harp on July 8th 2024 after it being diagnosed by their technician as to the reason our ac system was not functioning properly. That’s when our troubles with Harp began. The installation was not done properly, we needed 3 service calls to get the ac to work properly. The installers were sloppy. We cleaned up screws and wire and parts from the old furnace for weeks. When heating season began we noticed that the humidifier installed with the furnace was not operating. We scheduled an appointment to have it repaired and they called the day of the appointment and told us they couldn’t come that day and we had to reschedule, so reluctantly we did. They finally came and repaired it. From what the technician told me it was not wired properly. On January 21st 2025( the coldest night of the year) the furnace stopped working. We called Harp to get someone to come to repair it as we had no heat in below 0º weather I was told the best they could do is to come the next day between 2 and 6 pm. I tried to explain that this was an emergency but to no avail. I called my local oil company and they were at my door within 30 minutes( which I would’ve expected from the company who sold us the furnace) the repaired it quickly and told us that one f the wires on the control panel was not attached properly. It cost me $300. I would NOT recommend Harp to anyone. They are not reliable and do not stand behind their promises of service 24/7. Stay as far away from this company as possible. We are sorry we ever started with them."

"We had a leak from our upstairs shower and had a toilet leak on our main floor. We were told the toilet should be replaced. However, we did not want, or ask for a $400 plus toilet they snuck in. The total price for the toilet and installation was a $808. Absurd. They then opened the ceiling to fix the leak in the shower which was from a loose fitting in the drain. They found concrete slab in the ceiling and wondered for a while how they were going to get through that. That cost $222.50 to stair at the ceiling. They finally said they couldn't and offered to simply bond the shower strainer from the shower floor. They basically added some epoxy and silicone sealant. For that we were charged a total of $508. It started leaking again after two weeks. The quick fix only redirected the water to leak elsewhere. The total bill was $1,316.39 Ridiculous and a waste of time and money. I am left with a leak and a hole in the sheetrock in my main floor bath ceiling. They should have advised us they couldn't do the work as soon as they saw the concrete ceiling, charged us for a service call and left. Instead we were gauged. Do not use this company."

"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
