This crew was great. Very knowledgeable and understood my needs and limitations involved due to weather conditions , location of sewer line and the urgency of repair. They had to dig through our driveway which was where part of sewer line was and were able to disrupt the the area as minimally as possible. Tricky job for sure as the water table was so high in the ground they ensured we were able to get our vehicles in and out of our driveway with enough stone to prevent cars from sinking. They will even follow up later as ground drys to ensure any settling of soil is addressed. Very reasonable price and quality work. 5 Stars!

I hired Pete and his team to find and repair my sewer backup. The company worked very hard in pouring rain never giving up until they solved my problem and replaced my sewer drain. I highly recommend Pete and his workers.

Team Sewer and Water was hired to install a sewer line for 31 Units in Hamden. As well as water line work. It was horrendous. They cut a 250 foot 2â water line too short hence I now have a coupling fitting uderground. The WPCA failed their sewer brickwork in the inverts. And they failed to pay a vendor who worked for them. They didnâ t tamp one hole they dug. I had to re-dig and tamp everywhere they installed underground pipe. Stay away from this company.

Pete was very clear about what would be required for the job. He set a date for the project and completed the work in the anticipated time frame. His price was reasonable and he made sure that it fit the town requirements. I would definitely recommend him to others.

They gave me a fair estimate, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. In the course of the job, they had to turn off the water and when they turned it back on they made sure all faucets were working and water was running clear. They explained everything, were friendly and there were no surprises.

Pete and his crew did a very good job. They were transparent with each step of the process. They gave recommendations and let me decide how I wanted them to proceed when unplanned situations arose. The price was very fair for a great quality result. The work was started and finished promptly as planned without delaying for any reason. I would hire them again for this and other services.

They extremely friendly, and were on time every day, it was done in a timely fashion, the price wasn’t to bad for what we had done, the only thing that I had trouble with was with the clean out installation in the driveway near the foundation, they did the asphalt patchwork around it and 2 weeks later and it caved in, which caused water to pool around it when it rained then seep through foundation, but need a new asphalt driveway anyway, it’s old. It only took a few hours but was able to fix it with a couple of bags of concrete, not a big deal. Mind you I live on a partial slope so water is always a problem. They went out of their way, so I was pleased with their work regardless.

The entire Team worked very well together. On time, material was great and they did not create an over welling impact to my lawn. It could have been racked out a little better, but I had a significant amount of grass growing in less then a week. Two weeks later it is almost read to be cut for the first time. I would use them again. Good luck

Truly an awesome job is done for a sticky situation. Pete and his team did an outstanding job, from the beginning when I 1st contacted him to the very end. They were punctual, informed us of possible damage that might happen and finished the work on time. He went out of his way to fit me on a tight schedule because he knew we were in a jam. Our Town's sewer main connection to our residence failed, and calling TEAM was the best move we made! We initially had Roto Rooter come out to the site to diagnose the issue, which they were unable to do after first snaking the line (for $480), then jetting the line ($1,400), then they wanted to excavate. Their estimate was for $11,000. I contacted TEAM through Home Advisor, and Pete (the owner of TEAM) told me to instantly tell Roto Rooter to get out of there! TEAM showed up promptly, and worked in sync with the Town to show the failure was the Town's responsibility, and got the Town to agree to cover the costs of the repair! The crew that was sent out by TEAM was professional and courteous. They even helped my neighbor install a sink while they were waiting for "Call before you dig" to arrive and mark out the utilities- for FREE! TEAM completed the work in a timely manor, and the finished project was neat and clean. I have been handing out TEAM's business cards to all of my neighbors and letting them know what a fantastic job Pete and his crew did for us. They saved us THOUSANDS of dollars, did fantastic work, and were an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to the end of the project. I hope to never have another issue like this in the future, but I am grateful to know I have a company that I can rely on with TEAM that I can call to get the job done quickly, affordably, and RIGHT! Thank you Pete for all you've done to help us!
