"Had an appointment on Monday for them to show between 12-2 and I waited until 3:15 before I had to call them and reschedule until next day because they did not show up within the window they gave me. Next morning I had a window from 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they finally showed up. Then the price quoted to remove an old refrigerator was crazy high but I paid it because I had to get it out. The need to be more punctual and offer better and upfront pricing. I probably wont use them again."

"Mice! The contents of our entire home were held by Greene moving and storage. When returned to us 15 months later the result was nothing short of disgusting. Mouse droppings were found everywhere. Mouse “nests” were found in multiple locations. Acorns and other scraps found in boxes, under seat cushions, in corners of our sofas. Mouse pee staining our children’s books. Mouse droppings in our daughters’ birthday hats. The list goes on. Beyond that multiple items had water damage as if they were sitting in water for a year. Coffee tables and dining tables destroyed. The smell of mound and mildew on everything. It’s gross. I’m addition to that damage, almost every piece of furniture was damaged with dings, scrapes, or chunks missing. We requested that Patrick Greene pay for the damages but he offered a fraction of the cost of the damages. Stay away from Greene moving and storage if you care about your belongings."
