Larry Thomas from 212 Exchange Street made this process as good as you could possibly expect. His price was reasonable, there was no fear mongering or upsells. He treated the project with urgency from filing the paperwork to getting the environmental clearance. the project was completed more quickly than I expected with NO SURPRISES. I would recommend him to anyone that requires the removal of potentially harmful material. Larry is a good hearted professional.

I needed to have asbestos tiles removed from a home office. Larry explained each step of the job, answered all my questions and responed quickly to any call or texts.

Removed drywall and some walls, but made a few errors, e.g. cutting electric wires off that needed extra work from me to have it fixed.

Needed to demolish a chimney. It was all done in less than 24 hours after submitting a request at HomeAdvisor. Done very neatly. No collateral damage and great value for the money.

They were really nice and fast. The estimate I got over the phone was what I was charged which is great because I've used college hunks in the past and what they charged me was 3 times what the phone estimate was. I would highly recommend this LA homes.
