Out of 6 contractors, Dee was the ONLY one to offer options that saved us money without sacrificing quality. He looked at the rest of the floors and told me that sanding them would be a waste of money and that they only needed a buff and coat. This saved us close to $1,000 and the work looks fantastic! We asked them to refinish the flooring that we had in the great room. I have just completed renovating and wanted to have the 1950's floors refinished.
