"Perez Paving Company deserves more than a five-star review. The last time I had my driveway paved by another company, they simply removed the old asphalt and repaved it. Within three to five years, the driveway had cracked and developed sinkholes. Perez did much more than remove the old asphalt. They also removed the old fill, replaced it with processed stone, and carefully checked the driveway’s pitch with a level as they worked. For example, they made sure the surface would drain properly instead of leaving low spots where water could collect. They followed through on everything they promised—and even exceeded expectations. They said they would remove the old asphalt and fill, add processed stone, apply at least three inches of asphalt, and compress it to about two and a half inches. These extra steps showed they were focused on building a durable driveway, not just covering up the old surface. They did a tremendous job and were professional, polite, and detail-oriented throughout."

"Very well, I decided to expand the project after the initial bid and they were very honest with the additional charges for the work that was required after the original quote. Positives- they returned every call, before, during and after the project. They showed up when they said they would and are genuinely concerned with you, the customer being satisfied with their work. And they cleaned up the work site-my driveway which was the staging area, with no sign of them being there. I never give 5 stars but these guys deserve it."

I hired them to remove stone veneer around my foundation that was falling off due to poor workmanship from a prior contractor and then install new stone, as well as install bluestone on my front stoop. "I would first would to thank the owner Ed and his co-worker Joe for their outstanding job they did replacing our old driveway. Ed was very easy to work and his 30 years of doing driveways showed. Week one taking only one day to remove the old driveway and week 2 to repave in one afternoon. He has great team of workers that got the job done with outstanding end results. It's hard to find contractors that still provide outstanding workmanship and Blue Diamond Paving does and more.
