Positives- they returned every call, before, during and after the project. They showed up when they said they would and are genuinely concerned with you, the customer being satisfied with their work. They filled the cracks with hot rubber and ensured all vegetation was burned out with a torch before application. The finishing sealant they used appears to be great quality, and they applied using squeegees vs. spraying on, so no corners cut there.
