His approach and understanding of what I wanted was on target. I had several follow-up questions and he got back to me right away and answered all the questions. 4. Date of the concrete pour his team showed up on time. Dave was there to ensure his team understood what needed to be done. 5. The entire team got to work and then the concrete delivery company arrived on time. The issue here is what was ordered was not delivered. This is not Dave's fault. But he worked with the company to complete my project. Sadly the concrete company refused to work with Dave to correct their oversight. 6. The project was completed and looks great. "We needed to refresh our rocks in our xceriscaping, it was very spare. We ordered 12 tons of 3/4" Colorado Rose rocks, the same we had. They turn less red after a while with the rain and snow. So eventually it will all look uniformed. Isaac responded quickly to my quote request online and even offered to stop by the same evening as we were ready to do this project. His crew/employees and he did an amazing, filling in all the bare areas (many) and refreshing all with a thin layer of the new rocks, just as we requested. They cleaned up the areas upfront where the rock had been delivered and all other areas as well. Everyone was professional and very nice. Great job, thank you. We couldn't be happier. "
