Our water tank was leaking so since we have a home warranty, we called them and they sent Brian.  He came in and was quick with his inspection and put in the call.  We asked him if we would be able to put in a tank-less water heater and just pay the difference which he had no problem with.  Our warranty covered about $1000.00 which was great and we paid the remainder.  He came in and did the job without any problems on our end.  The heater looks amazing hanging on the wall and we have had no problems with it.  I also asked him about installing a humidifier on our furnace and he said it wouldn't be a problem.  I just made the appointment for this today.  It will be installed next week.  His price of $425.00 is on the low end of the average which is great and he is going to make sure that my furnace doesn't have any other issues while he is installing for no extra cost.  This is also awesome cause if there is no issues I won't be paying for something I don't need.  If it needs to be  cleaned out or anything along those lines, I will be happy to pay him.   

We moved into a new home last year. During our first winter we noticed that on the coldest days some rooms were not warming up the way we expected them to. The air coming out of the vents didn't have much force either, it was like the fan was on low. We had Blue Water Plumbing and Heating come out to check it out. Their technician Brian showed up on time and was very pleasant. After an initial inspection we tried closing off various dampers to try to isolate the problem. Turns out that the previous owners never had the furnace calibrated when they initially installed it. He did a very thorough job and didn't give up even though the service call was a challenge. He spent about 5 hours on the job and only charged us for the service call. He did a great job. 6 months later, our central A/C unit died. So we called BWPH again to fix it. On his initial visit he found a bad condenser, we were hoping that was the only problem but it wasn't, the compressor was fried. Well the weather had already changed so it wasn't really urgent, so I told him to just come back, after he got the compressor, whenever it was convenient for him. The next day, rather than wait for the compressor to be delivered to him he drove about 100 miles, round trip, and picked it up. Within 3 days from the creation of the work order the unit was working again! Very speedy service at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend Blue Water Plumbing & Heating if you need the services they offer. We've been very pleased with the work they've done for us.
