"When we built our home I did not purchase an A/C unit.  For 17 years I have had to hear my wife complain so I finally took action.  I got 4 estimates from reputable companies.  I got various guesses for the size of the AC unit I needed and I say guesses because JD's rep was the only one that actually took the most calculations and showed me the actual results from his application on his laptop.  The other  estimators just needed a couple minutes and told me what size unit I needed and it varied from a 3 ton to a 4 ton unit.  JD himself even took the time to come to my home to give me ideas on how to retrofit some needed returns that I chose to install myself.
JD worked with me on the pricing and for the Lennox AC model I picked I got the best pricing.  I also chose to upgrade the furnace to a 93% efficient unit since my furnace was 17 years old and I got a super deal with the purchase and installation of both units.
JD's team setup an installation date that worked best for me and his team came in and had it all installed in one day. I am a do it yourselfer and the main reason is I am a perfectionist.  JD's install team did a perfect job and the building inspector even commented on the fact that it was a clean professional installation.  I had no cleanup or follow-up work that I needed to do and that is not normal for work that I have done for me.
I also was eligible for a special rebate on my high efficiency furnace and JD's team completed it and submitted it for me. All seamless to me.
I had always heard about JD's great reputation but I got to live it and I highly recommend JD and his team.

Chimney Repair questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can fill rotten wood with expanding foam. You may prefer using an expanding foam treatment instead of wood filler since the latter can take a long time to dry. It may also provide an easier solution when you’re dealing with smaller gaps. If you use expanding foam, allow it to cure for about 24 hours before you sand and prime it.

High humidity and moisture are the main causes of wood furniture damage, which cause it to warp or crack. You’ll always want to quickly clean and dry any spilled liquids on wood. Make sure you’re storing your furniture in dry places unless it’s been weather treated—that means your outdoor patio may not be the best spot for your antique side table.

To prevent sagging, consider both the material and the span of the shelf. Using sturdy materials such as plywood or solid wood can provide better support than particleboard. Additionally, limiting the shelf span to 36 inches or less can reduce the risk of sagging. For longer shelves, incorporating center supports or brackets can offer additional reinforcement.

Depending on the quality of the leather, this type of upholstery can last anywhere from 5 to 20 years. The more time you invest in the care and protection of the leather, the longer your leather furniture is likely to last.

There are many tips and tricks you can try to make your dresser drawers stop sticking and slide easier. You can rub a small amount of beeswax on the drawer slides or apply paraffin wax in the same manner. If you need to unstick wooden dresser drawers, consider using silicone, graphite, or Teflon-based lubricants for best results.
