I was thinking I would get call backs on Monday. He reached out, gave me clear times, prices and sent pictures of the unit he would install all on Sunday. It was deceptive and had many "conditions" which were unclear and misleading. They wanted to charge 3x's the amount per extra garage door. AND then they said my springs were bad and needed to be replaced and quoted me up to $1500 to "replace 2 garage door springs". I had a different company come out for a second opinion. They checked out my garage doors, said the springs do NOT need replacing, and did a minor tightening, which they did for free... Don's Garage Doors company had attempted to upsell me on unnecessary parts, misrepresented the coupons they had sent out, and truly upset me to the point of needing to publicly post about my experience."
