"Clay gave the estimate and Clay and CJ did the install. I was happy with them, very professional and courteous. They were fast and efficient. Clean up could have been a tiny bit better, found tape, boxes, plastic around after a thorough walk through. When looking at the caulking around the sinks, it was a bit sloppy, will need to cut some away and clean some off edges of the sink. Overall they were good."

They had cloths on my floors, as they were in and out of my crawl space. They even left to get a particular component, specific for my install. No damage to home. There was no laughing or joking around. They were concentrated on install, measuring, calculating out loud between the three of them. No cussing or profanity, either. Julian was professional and explained everything to me, including why manual was left on unit, so when inspector came, it was there, as it couldn't be signed off without it. Thermostat looks great! He also knew a lot about furnaces, which is my next thing. *Beware of companies won't give you prices on ANYTHING and/or charge you estimate to come to your house... "Josh Martin is an excellent professional, with a wonderful attitude and a conscientiousness beyond his young years. On 3/20/14 another plumber installed a hose bib and faucet, which began leaking. After reporting this to the company on 4/18/14, Josh came that afternoon and changed the entire unit at no cost in accordance with the 30-day guarantee by Anytime Plumbing & Drain. He suggested that the wall hole made by the previous plumber be covered by a vent to enhance the look of the bathroom and agreed to return as soon as possible. On the following Monday Josh returned with the vent cover and installed it at the costs only of the cover and the trip charge. Despite several carpenters working on our decks at the time, Josh had no problem completing his work with no disruption to the others. Mr. Jim Ferrell contacted me and we set up a day and time for the work.  He sent me and email to inform me of what I needed to do to get the computer ready for the service.  Jim called me and I provided the info that he needed to remotely do the service.  He cleaned up my computer and tuned it up.  It works much better than it did before.  Mr. Ferrell was easy to work with and was very professional.  If I ever need anymore computer work done, I will contact him first and gladly recommend him to friends
