Clean up could have been a tiny bit better, found tape, boxes, plastic around after a thorough walk through. When looking at the caulking around the sinks, it was a bit sloppy, will need to cut some away and clean some off edges of the sink. Overall they were good."

They had cloths on my floors, as they were in and out of my crawl space. They even left to get a particular component, specific for my install. No damage to home. There was no laughing or joking around. They were concentrated on install, measuring, calculating out loud between the three of them. No cussing or profanity, either. Julian was professional and explained everything to me, including why manual was left on unit, so when inspector came, it was there, as it couldn't be signed off without it. Thermostat looks great! He also knew a lot about furnaces, which is my next thing. *Beware of companies won't give you prices on ANYTHING and/or charge you estimate to come to your house... Another reason I picked PEAK HOME was their receptionists! Sweetest, most understanding ladies! If you need to install A/C, go with this company - definitely recommend!"

"Wayne was prompt, courteous, personable and reasonably priced! He went above and beyond and did the little extra things that my wife asked him to do (i.e. check out our whole-house humidifier). He did an initial inspection and said he'd be back next day to do a thorough cleaning but he called back later that afternoon to see if he could swing by and do it then, and we were happy to get it done all in one day. The furnace got a good once-over, cleaning, and blower adjustment. Will definitely use again on our AC units in summer!"

"Josh Martin is an excellent professional, with a wonderful attitude and a conscientiousness beyond his young years. On 3/20/14 another plumber installed a hose bib and faucet, which began leaking. After reporting this to the company on 4/18/14, Josh came that afternoon and changed the entire unit at no cost in accordance with the 30-day guarantee by Anytime Plumbing & Drain. He suggested that the wall hole made by the previous plumber be covered by a vent to enhance the look of the bathroom and agreed to return as soon as possible. On the following Monday Josh returned with the vent cover and installed it at the costs only of the cover and the trip charge. Despite several carpenters working on our decks at the time, Josh had no problem completing his work with no disruption to the others.
