"I appreciated Elite fitting in my small job (60 sq ft concrete patio slab) and giving me a good price. They were actually able to frame the patio slab the day before the work was scheduled. The concrete work itself was a "5." Communication, however, was only a "3." I had to follow up a couple days after our initial meeting to get a written estimate. I had to ask a couple times to get a copy of their insurance certificate. I had to follow up over a week after the job was completed to get the forms removed. So, my "net" rating of Elite is a 4."
