They had cloths on my floors, as they were in and out of my crawl space. They even left to get a particular component, specific for my install. No damage to home. There was no laughing or joking around. They were concentrated on install, measuring, calculating out loud between the three of them. No cussing or profanity, either. Julian was professional and explained everything to me, including why manual was left on unit, so when inspector came, it was there, as it couldn't be signed off without it. Thermostat looks great! He also knew a lot about furnaces, which is my next thing. *Beware of companies won't give you prices on ANYTHING and/or charge you estimate to come to your house... Another reason I picked PEAK HOME was their receptionists! Sweetest, most understanding ladies! If you need to install A/C, go with this company - definitely recommend!"

"I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed, They came out  and said they couldn't do it because I didn't have a shut off valve and one needed to be installed be for they could do the job.  I called ProServe told them what I needed. Tech came out, said I didn't need a shut off valve, the one in the laundry would be fine. "Josh Martin is an excellent professional, with a wonderful attitude and a conscientiousness beyond his young years. On 3/20/14 another plumber installed a hose bib and faucet, which began leaking. After reporting this to the company on 4/18/14, Josh came that afternoon and changed the entire unit at no cost in accordance with the 30-day guarantee by Anytime Plumbing & Drain. He suggested that the wall hole made by the previous plumber be covered by a vent to enhance the look of the bathroom and agreed to return as soon as possible. On the following Monday Josh returned with the vent cover and installed it at the costs only of the cover and the trip charge. Despite several carpenters working on our decks at the time, Josh had no problem completing his work with no disruption to the others. It has been years since we have enjoyed the experience of a pleasant, competent professional who represents his company so well. We will use only Anytime Plumbing & Drain for future problems.

"Met Jay by chance and told him we had HVAC issues and needed someone to help solve numerous issues (without hiring a team of contractors). Jay had the monumental task of designing an HVAC project to address our issues: *No HVAC *House was not plumed for HVAC (even though we had told the builder we wanted it) *Electrical panel could not handle installation of an HVAC load and required an upgrade *We had an installed a gas line in the garage during build (for a future heater) but needed the heater and blowers installed.
