"Things went very well! He came to my home on a Sunday which was the very same day I called! Apparently, the unit just needed to be reset as the air filter, while not super dirty, was dirty enough to restrict air flow. So the furnace was not actually broken. The amazing thing is he did not charge me at all. While he did not really do a special work, he did come to my home on a Sunday. I did expect a trip charge but I feel his character was so excellent he could not justify charging me for turning my furnace off and back on again. I am incredibly thankful!"

They were able to schedule the install the next day. Keep in mind it is April and not July. Install tech David was on time and assisted by the other co-owner John.
