    Josh Wood went above and beyond in getting his job done for us. We live 45 minutes from the closest town and when he got here to pump out our septic tank his truck was too tall to get under our entrance. He was either going to have to drive back into town to get more hose to run from the truck into our propery, modify the stack on his truck which was stopping him from coming into the property or crawl through thick willows and drag his hose to the septic tank on a more direct route. He tried the latter and after almost two hours he was able to get the job done with only three feet of hose to spare. The point is he was willing to go to such effort to get the job done even if he wasn't at all sure he had enough hose to reach our septic tank. I really do believe he would have gone back to town to get more hose if he had to and this was at the end of the day and would have missed his mother's retirement party. What a great guy! He also does excavation and we look forward to working with him on a new upcoming project. Call him! You won't be sorry. Liz Moone

    I called Superior on Wednesday or Thursday, October 5th or 6th. Charlotte answered the phone. I told her we were interested in having our septic tank pumped out. Since the weather was supposed to be good the following week, I suggested next week. Charlotte proposed Tuesday, October 11 at 1:00 pm. I agreed. Charlotte was very friendly and we had a brief, pleasant conversation before terminating our phone call. On Tuesday, October 11th, Randy arrived promptly at 1:00 pm. He backed his truck down our driveway and immediately proceeded with pumping out our septic. While he was working, he was very friendly and we had several conversations. He offered helpful tips about septic tank maintenance and suggested we put new covers on the tanks to make it easier to access the tanks. He provided us with the names of a couple of companies who provide covers and our selection will depend on the type of cover we go with. Randy was finished in about an hour. He picked up his hoses, wrote up the receipt, and left

    Delta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less
