I relocated my office and couldn't believe how organized the crew was. Files, desks, and computers were handled systematically but carefully. Everything arrived in excellent condition, and I could restart work without dealing with any issues at all.

I helped move a small business out of a retail space that had way too much equipment packed into one place. It was chaotic, but Transport America Moving Services worked through it without issue. They labeled everything, grouped it sensibly, and made the whole move feel organized. I was expecting confusion and delays, but they kept things on track. It felt like they?d done dozens of jobs like this before.

Terrible!! This agency is a scam!!! They increased the price by $12,000 after they canceled our moved date and time multiple times. When we refused to pay more they kept the deposit and now we have no mover. Save the headache.

They lost a lot of my belongings, they did, however find them but would not send out a truck. I paid for my belongings to get moved, its been a year and they just blew me off. In my book they are thieves they took all my money lost and found my items but would not send them, again they did take all my money.

Transport America did a wonderful job. The truck was packed well and the items that I had that were odd shaped were blanketed and shrink wrapped so nothing was scratched or dented. They were polite and showed up when they said they would. Floors were covered and there were no marks or scratches on anything that was shipped or even in the house. I would highly recommend this company. This was the best move I've ever made.

These movers personally did a good job. They were right on time and good at packing the stuff. It was good, quick and they were very helpful. I was really satisfied with the service that they provided and they price they charged me as well.

We used Transport America to move about 350 cubic feet of furniture, etc to NYC for my daughter. Mark was great to work with and upfront about timing and getting a smaller amount of goods to NYC. What I thought was super great was they did 2 stops for us (one to another sibling)in NYC along with having to go up 3 flights of stairs for a really reasonable price! Everything arrived in perfect conditionâ and nothing was missing. But you need to keep in mind that when you are moving smaller quantities of goods across country- the shipment has to be combined with others and that is why you get a good price. :). And in case anyone wants to purchase additional insurance, I found going through Progressive insurance (we got a renterâ s policy) was so inexpensive. They will begin coverage on the day you purchase it and will cover the move too. So far the best way to get full coverage at a great price.Chr

Excellent service. On time and worked very hard. They were efficient and fast while also taking extra good care of my items. Would definitely use them again and recommend their services to anyone. They’re quick, safe and had great attention to detail to make sure all of our furniture was moved without any damage. Moving is stressful for anyone and they definitely made things easier.
