The parking lot was in very bad shape. But they removed damaged asphalt, milled it down, filled holes, dealt with Kipling traffic and overlaid the asphalt; blending it into the sidewalks and adjacent patio. I was worried about the time needed to get the job done, but it was done very quickly and I did not have to hike up to my house for more than a couple of days.
