"I called Swift to get an inspection done on my house. The inspector, Scott, was really flexible with scheduling an appointment with me. He came out to my house and was really friendly. He answered all the questions I had for him. I didn't know too much about the stucco system I had on my house so I learned alot that day. He had a professional appearance which I appreciated. He used a moisture meter to test the moisture in my stucco. I'm always concerned about mold and moisture around my family so I was happy to get a reading that was normal. He also got on the roof to look at the stucco and let me know some kickout flashings were missing. I feel like he did a great job because he made sure to look all over and he took alot of pictures that he later was able to send me with his report. He walked around the house and tested different areas and showed me on the report what concerns he had but that overall my stucco system was in pretty good shape. I was definitely impressed with how much he knew and the patience he had with all my questions. He gave me a very detailed report that was about 15 pages. It was clear and wasn't hard to understand at all. I had a really good experience with this company. I would definitely use them again if I needed another inspection done and I recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

"I contacted Dominic to give an estimate about refinishing wood floors and painting a couple of rooms. He responded to my inquiry right away (a Sunday night) and we set something up for the following Wednesday morning. It was clear that he was knowledgeable as soon as he arrived. He knew the type of wood my floors consisted of, he informed me of some specific things to keep in mind if I wanted to stain the type of wood, and he answered all of my questions. I felt like he had good knowledge about finishing floors and would be easy to work with.The main reason I didn't hire the company is that I had an estimate from a company that I thought would be a better fit given that the project grew in between the time I had Dominic come over and had the other estimate. Just a comfort factor. I think Dominic would have done a great job.
