"The whole job was broken up into two parts to facilitate their schedule, our schedule and the City permitting weirdness.  Domian was there when they said they would be there, did what they said they would do and communicated it all clearly and completely before it happened.  Nathan, the business contact was extremely easy to work with and very good at communicating.  Kevin, the owner, is very knowledgeable and really knows how to get the job done.  A great combination!"

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

You will find a collection of licensed land surveyors in your area. Your real estate agent or construction manager may also be able to recommend a trusted professional. When speaking with prospective pros in your area, ask the land surveyor if they are licensed in the state, have liability insurance, and can quote you a fee before starting.

Several government-backed lending programs can help first-time home buyers purchase a home with little money down. FHA, USDA, and VA loans are options for qualifying borrowers, though many conventional mortgage lenders will lower down payment rates to as low as 3 percent.

This is fairly rare, but sometimes the local government or a group like a historical society will label a tree as a landmark, or historical item. These designations almost always come with a small, on-site plaque for identification, but you should also be able to look up protected trees in your area on a city website or similar list. If the tree in question is a landmark, call your local government and ask how to proceed before making any plans.

A professional land surveyor ensures accurate property boundaries and prevent legal disputes.

To prepare for a land survey, you must thoroughly check your land surveyor’s qualifications, reviews, and fees to align with your expectations. When it is time for the survey to be conducted, ensure that you have all your documents organized and available, know and mark your property lines, and inform your neighbors that the survey is happening.
