"Yuni has a great attitude and is very helpful. He helped us with more than painting. He helped us demo a tub and countertops. He also helped us lay some slate tile. He was on time, his crews worked hard, and he followed through on everything he promised. We recommend Yuni!"

"I can't recommend him (and his team) highly enough. What started as a curb stop repair turned into one of those jobs where experience and problem-solving really matter, and he handled everything exceptionally well. He showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly throughout the project, and did the work the right way. He went above and beyond, and it was obvious he cared more about doing the job correctly than simply getting it done. Finding someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely takes pride in their work isn't always easy. I'm grateful for everything he and his crew did and wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone needing excavation work."

"Stavontae did a lot of work for us on two of our rental townhomes. He was super polite and knowledgeable and did a great job on not only the plumbing work, but also on general handyman services. We will definitely hire him again."

"The main problem with this contractor is with the subcontractors they use. The flooring people were great. The remodeling and painting people were not. The workmanship was not of high quality. We have had issues with the folding closet doors they installed -- one broke within two months of installation. When they originally installed them, they didn't paint the ends of the doors, so that showed when they were open. Then, when they came back to paint them, they knocked a hole in one of them and it had to be patched. You can still see the patch. The biggest issue has been with the egress window they installed in the sitting room adjacent to the bedroom. That room has been flooded TWICE in the less than two years since the remodel. The subcontractor who installed the window well did a poor job of it. We have had to remove the engineered hardwood floor twice and pay for water remediation both times. The first time it flooded, I called the contractor to inquire about warranties (it had only been a couple of months since installation), or to at least get contact information for the subcontractor. My call was never returned. Once they were paid for the job, they had no further interest in our satisfaction. Very disappointing."

"So awesome! I needed old fencing & large items taken away, but most places cater to construction sites, so they're super expensive w/ set pricing. Trent was great! He contacted me right away. Then he asked for pics before quoting an amount that was fair and affordable. Truly a life saver!"

"These guys did an amazing job. Their work ethic is out of this world. Even when it came time for the cleanup they did not miss a beat. No nails or any debris let anywhere. I am talking about on the driveway, grass, yard, or even our neighbors yards. They were that thorough. I would give them a 10 out 10. These guys were very professional. I would recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. Don was great to work with and I am referring him to all our friends and neighbors. 5 star rating!"

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

For Eagle homeowners, create a seasonal routine by checking for frost heave and visible survey markers each spring, clearing brush and confirming property boundaries in summer, and documenting monument locations before snowfall in fall. In winter, use GPS to monitor marker positions and note any access issues. Every few years, have a land surveyor re-establish boundaries to keep your Eagle property clearly defined.

Helpful?

When comparing quotes in Eagle, be wary of vague descriptions, missing details about property boundary markers, or no mention of required documentation. Watch for land surveyors who lack experience with Eagle’s unique terrain or can’t provide local references. Ensure your quote includes insurance coverage, a clear timeline, and a process for handling boundary disputes, as these are essential for a successful property survey in Eagle.

Helpful?

Your Eagle home is a strong candidate for land surveying if it sits on sloped terrain, borders open space or rivers, or has unclear property lines. If you plan to build, install fencing, or resolve neighbor disputes, a property survey is essential. Homes with water rights, historic boundaries, or those near the Eagle River especially benefit, helping protect your investment and support future projects.

Helpful?

In Eagle, hidden costs during land surveying often stem from navigating steep hillsides, clearing dense vegetation, or dealing with unpredictable weather. You may also encounter extra fees for extensive research into historic property boundaries, additional time spent marking corners in rocky areas, or meeting environmental requirements near protected habitats. Always discuss these Eagle-specific factors with your land surveyor before starting your project.

Helpful?

After land surveying in Eagle, promptly record your survey plat with the county, update your property insurance, and securely store all survey documents. Consider installing permanent markers or fencing, especially if your land borders public trails or water features. Address any discovered boundary discrepancies quickly, and keep your land surveyor’s contact information for future reference or when planning additional property improvements in Eagle.
