Sergioâ s people are professional and each level of restoration brought in a skilled person to work in a particular area. They were always on time, got the project done in the expected timeframe. I will use them going forward for any construction needs I have. I recommend them highly.

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Sergio and his crew jumped into our condo to help with a flood and sewage nightmare. It turned out to be a complete gut job. Sergio managed the entire project and kept on schedule as promised. The work is outstanding! Sergio is very responsive and extremely meticulous to details. I would highly recommend him for any job!

Bathroom - Remodel
We hired Sergio the second time for a complex project. He is just the best. Our master shower needed to be repaired/remodeled, including the damaged laundry room underneath. It was an emergency, therefore a time sensitive situation. Sergio handled it very professionally. He is responding and acting right away, his quality of work is top line, communicating is easy, he is competent and trustworthy, and has a great sense for details. We would give more stars if possible, having him on speed dial, can definitely recommend him!!!

Sergio and his team did an excellent job helping with our project. Easy to reach, always on time and the quality of the work was top notch. Would recommend. They helped us with replacing a broken pipe, repairing drywall and removal of carpet/ drywall that was damaged.

We have used Sergio and Rubi Construction for multiple jobs, including: crawl space insulation, stairway railing construction, electrical and ceiling light installation, and mounting of hardware and mirrors. Sergio and his crew are trustworthy, hardworking, and their finished product is high quality and attractive. They are courteous, honest and great communicators. He always sent me photos of the finished work which was so nice. I recommend them for anything you might need, and I canâ t wait to work with them again.

Rubi Construction not only painted our home but replaced wood panels, repaired some rotted wood, and stoned the front of our home. Working with Sergio and his team went very smooth and they are very good qualified craftsmen. They were always on time, friendly and very flexible with making changes as our project progressed. Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
We hired Rubi construction to remodel our condo in Dillon. We live in Denver. They came recommended by a neighbor we was also happy with their work. They moved all of our furniture to a storage unit, gutted the entire unit and redid the interior. Sergio invited us up weekly to see the progress, make decisions on next steps and then he made it happen. He gave us an estimate for the labor and was willing to negotiate terms of the contract. We were able to pick out finishes in Denver and he would pick them up, saving on the delivery charges. He and his crew were trust worthy, friendly, clean and easy to get along with. Their attention to detail was noteworthy, the electrification turned all of the screw heads facing virtually. There were some challenges with the unit because of itâ s age. He worked with us and provided options for us to choose from. He gave us an estimate on the timing to finish and he finished on time. We would definitely hire him again and recommend him to friends. He was very concerned that we were happy with the finished product.

I hired Rubi construction in May 2022. His quote did not include permits drawings, and he did not inform me that that was my job until three months later when I am still waiting for the construction to start. I have never experienced a contractor who did not take care of the engineering drawings permits etc. I wrote him a check for $8825 on May 12 and October 10, 2022 when we finally got the permit approved ( which I did ) he demanded another $8000 before he would start the job. Whenever I would ask him what happened to the first check I gave him I never got a straight answer I told him I would not pay him another $8000 until the job started. After another two weeks, the job had not started I got my money back. To add to that he had already bought the wood so I paid him for that and he had his guys come and just drop it in the middle of my driveway so I cannot use my driveway. In my eyes he is vindictive. he does not do what he says he is going to do and I would never hire him again nor would I recommend him to anyone.

But you cannot work with this lady she wants people to work for free. all the contractors in the area know each other and nobody wants to work with her she has a bad temper and wants to pay cheap. I only have this bad reviews all my clients can't be wrong to give me good reviews."

I highly recommend Sergio and his team! They did an amazing job at my property. Since I donâ t reside at the townhome in Breckenridge year around, I felt a bit nervous to get the remodel work done while I was not there. However, Sergio was so great in communicating with me and he even drove to Denver multiple times to pick up material that I couldnâ t get in the mountains. He took care of everything and communicated so well with me. He is great I communicating, organizing, and staying on schedule. You wonâ t be disappointed!
