My name is Diego Camunez. I’m 23 years old and currently own a pickup truck and dump trailer. I offer handyman services, junk removal, property care, and cleanout services. I’m currently in the process of starting my own LLC focused on Property Management, Junk Removal, and Handyman Services.\n\nAt the moment, I do this work on the side while I continue building my reputation and growing my client base before transitioning into it full time. "Fischer Moving Van Line is top notch. As you know selling and buying a home can be stressful. As well as finding the right moving company. Let me tell you about Fischer Van Lines. You can't go wrong with them. From the office personnel to the crew that does the loading and unloading of your home items. The crew I had was very professional and such hard workers. They were very polite. The day of the move it was so hot and I lived in a raised ranch style home. So that meant lots of stairs. I might add that they took such care of everything and I had absolutely no damage or breakage. If you are moving please use Fischer Van Lines as they are reasonable, professional and treat your items with such care. If I ever move again I will call them. Thank you to all the employees of Fischer Van Lines."

"Miller and his colleagues were able to do a lot of things quickly. Along with everything else, they also grabbed some old furniture that I needed help moving to the curb. They took several cares to make sure nothing was damaged during the move, including wrapping the furniture, turning off all the lights, and packaging the picture frames."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

Roughing in and connecting utilities are the hardest parts of finishing a basement, and they’re the parts we typically don’t recommend doing as a DIY project. Unfortunately, your finishing timeline can be extended by weeks while you wait for contractors and inspectors to install electrical wiring, plumbing lines, and heating/cooling equipment and carry out inspections.

If you plan to make bathroom updates in the near future, try to lump in a few smaller projects with your shower door installation. Most contractors charge a flat rate for smaller projects like updating a fixture. If you lump it in with other projects, you may not have to pay an additional visit fee. Projects to consider doing when you replace your shower door include:

  • Replacing the tile in your shower

  • Updating the showerhead

  • Updating other bathroom fixtures

  • Minor repairs, like fixing small leaks and worn caulk

  • Installing water-safe recessed lighting in your shower

A basic move-out cleaning service typically includes:

  • Dusting

  • Mopping

  • Vacuuming

  • Wiping down surfaces

However, if your home could use a little more cleaning than the basics, you can optionally add on services, like grout cleaning, carpet shampooing, and window washing.

It depends on the amount of trash you need to unload. Generally, renting a dumpster is more cost-effective than taking trash to the dump yourself if you are dealing with a significant amount of waste. For a small carload worth of junk, it is far cheaper to bring it to the dump yourself.

The costs vary from $50 to $150 per item, depending on its size, location, and disposal requirements.
