"My review started awhile back. One Source bought Mountain View Comfort. My AC unit was new and still under warranty. Mt View had a problem with insuring compressor worked properly because temp needed to be 80 degrees or higher. One Source tech checked compressor once and said “oh my fingers are numb I’ll come back” I went to their office and was told owner or manager isn’t in. BUT his truck was parked out front. “Oh he’s busy” I knew I wasn’t getting help servicing the compressor so I let my service contract/warranty run out. I broke down and called another company after TWO years of no AC. New company says $6 to $7 thousand because it needs a new compressor. Wasting time with One Source the manufactured warranty expired. Even with the crappy AC service they kept trying to upsell everything from duck sealing, replacing hot water heater that wasn’t even 10 yrs old, etc"
