When it comes to home services, CHC sets the bar exceedingly high. They installed a whole house fan that dramatically reduced the amount I need to run my AC. They were on time, professional, and completed the install faster than expected (~3.5 hours). They cleaned up after and took some time to train me on the many ways I could use the fan to save energy and improve comfort in my home, some of which I wouldn't have thought of. In an industry where low expectations seems to be the norm, to say that CHC exceeds expectations is an understatement.

Ryan is knowledgable, professional, and responsive. He has been installing whole house fans for many years and knows all the ins and outs of home cooling. He returned my calls and scheduling our service call promptly. He is trustworthy and I was comfortable having him in my home when my kids were home from school. I wish all business owners in the home improvement arena were as competent and reliable as Ryan.

Ryan and his team are phenomenal. I should have really put that in caps, but there aren't enough caps available to say just how good these guys are. I'm in customer service myself, and these guys blew the doors off of any service I've ever provided. We had an issue and Ryan didn't stop until it was corrected. I have never seen a company provide the level of service that these guys provide. And by the way, as an aside, the product worked flawlessly. But the service. I can't say enough good things about them. If you want an alternative to air conditioning in this climate of ours, you should seriously consider a whole-house fan. And if you are considering one, PLEASE consider this company. It's also important to note that the product itself worked flawlessly. We had no problems with the operation of the product itself.

Really well. They gave me a time but when they had time earlier, they called. Ryan came right over, answered all of my questions and offered to complete the work while he was there. He completed the work quickly. I asked him for a letter about the work for my insurance company. He wrote the letter the next day and emailed it to me.

This was so much easier than I expected. One call to Colorado Hole Cooling and I was set. Less than a week later, I have a new and much more efficient attic fan. Thye were knowledgeable, prompt, and professional from start to finish.

They provided a very good estimate over the phone with a few options based on what they may see once they visit the house. The estimate was very close to the final cost. They did a thorough survey of my house to determine the best solution. In the end I got a whole house fan and they added additional vents in the attic to ensure enough air flow. The overall survey and install happened in less than a day. I've been using the house fan for a few months and it has been great at cooling my house in the evenings.

Installation went great.  Fan works great. 

The technicians showed up on time and the work took the amount of time they estimated. 

They were up front and honest about their pricing so I knew what to expect and they even honored an old estimate they had given me a year before even though their prices went up.

I would highly recommend them to anyone I know who wants to get a house fan installed.
