They did an amazing job. Showed up, did it and went above and beyond. I am a big fan and wouldn't bother to call another after this experience. They just plain rocked it! My attic had some insulation but not anywhere near enough. I was able to feel an amazing difference the first night. I would be willing to bet I recoup the full cost within one winter!

Initial estimate was $8,800 for attic spray insulation and old insulation removal. After partial spray was installed I was charged $9700 despite no insulation removed. Not my beef. I scheduled appointment for insulation removal agreeing to pay additional monies which was cancelled due to Frank indicating he was waiting for parts for his recently broken vacuum. After not hearing back from Frank for a number of weeks, despite my leaving voicemails requesting a status update I contacted competitors to pick up were Frank left off simply to be told by them that Frank is providing competing bids for work that also includes insulation removal. I’ve left several messages, most recent was yesterday 10/27/21 for Frank simply requesting a courtesy call back whether Frank was willing to complete the work. Although unfinished, I paid $9700.00 on the spot on 9/2/2021 but I don’t deserve a courtesy call back. I am an Army Combat Vet with 4 children and local business owner of nearly 20 years and would hope I could muster a minuscule morsel of humanity and courtesy from a local business that cashed a check from me for nearly $10k despite not completing the $8,800 of work provided on a written estimate they provided.

"[Member Name Removed], this is simply not the case. The original estimate which included removal was for $13,200. You didn’t want to pay that & decided to only have part of the estimate done which did not include removal. We performed that portion of the work, you looked at the completed work and were happy with everything then and you paid us the $9,700. On the estimate and the receipt that was sent to you does not include verbiage for removal of insulation, only install of spray foam. The initial estimate for $13,200 did include removal, but you did not accept that estimate. We have 100% integrity and we only got paid for the work performed. We accept payment upon completion and you paid for the quality work we completed. You got an amazing foam job done. Our integrity means EVERYTHING to us. We would never do what you’re accusing us of. You know it and I know it. I’m not sure what your goal is in this dishonest review. It’s disappointing that someone can say whatever they want with zero proof and make a black mark on a business we’ve worked incredibly hard to build. I think our amazing 5 star reviews speak for themselves. This just isn’t who we are or how we conduct business."

Mr Gray, the company owner, did the initial inspection, gave us an estimate and performed the work himself. We had 3 estimates, and while his was not the cheapest, we were comfortable that he was the most knowledgeable and that the work would be done as promised. Access to our attic is from our master closet. He covered all our clothes and was careful to see that insulation material did not get into the closet. He also insulated the attic over our garage. He gave us the appropriate paperwork and instructions for receiving a rebate on our utility bill. Most importantly, we have been able to appreciate a difference in the coolness of our home this summer. Highly recommend!!!!

Great! Frank and his team did a thorough job, new code requirements, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to explain what they did and why. I highly recommend them for any insulation job you might need.
