We guarantee our work and provide excellent customer service. We have a very high rating with new and long time customers. PLM Appliance Repair has been in service for three years with service technicians that have twenty plus years of experience in appliance installation and repair.

"Avoid. PLM misdiagnosed a broken refrigerator, made me wait a couple of weeks for the part that was supposed to repair it, never once updated me about the status unless I called them, and has not refunded me for an unused $287 refrigerator part despite saying they would. I had to call to request the refund, and called 2-3 more times and sent an email. I eventually disputed the credit card charge since they kept saying they would issue the refund but it has not happened."
