Beware of this company. Repairman came out to fix our refrigerator, was paid $100. Never ordered needed part, quit company, nothing done until we called to find out what happened. Would not give us complete refund. Very unprofessional and rude. Do not use this company.

WARNING: Thieves, incompetent techs and liars from office staff to repairman and absentee owner. Ripped me off for $657. Left me with 2 non-working appliances. WOULD NOT TRUST THEM TO LET THEM BACK INTO MY HOUSE. Left me without a warranty for parts. Left me with an invoice with no invoice number on it. Invoice says Greeley, CO. Owner is in Lander, WY. Journeymen repair guy who cannot diagnose or fix anything with caller ID out of OKC, OK. COULD NOT TRUST HIM AND LET HIM BACK INTO MY HOUSE. I have informed DAs in Boulder, Weld, Denver, Adams, Broomfield and Fremont counties, the IRS, the state of CO and a collection attorney.

The tech tried to repair my dishwasher and was easy to work with when he was at my home. BUT: Bottom line: the tech indicated that the company would only charge me the diagnosis charge and refund the $169 balance that was charged. No refund was ever sent to me. The first visit to fix the dishwasher was 11/10. Then it took 7 weeks for the tech to determine that he could not fix the dishwasher. (When at first he indicated that he would fix it as soon as he received the part, in about two weeks. This is because: The company lost the part; the tech did not order the complete part; and finally we discovered that the vender no longer made the second half of the part. Most of the time, the person at the home office did not return my calls.

I paid the tech to fix my refrigerator. He said he replaced parts, but he did nothing. The refrigerator was still not working properly. Charged me $300. I complained to Emerald and the service rep said she would get me a full refund. I got nothing. Ended up fixing the refrigerator myself.+

Hired Emerald and they got me an appointment within 2 days, Cody was very professional, explained everything as he went along and was able to replace the part in the same day- even faster than what we anticipated. Would recommend and hire again A+ service!

Cody was dispatched to help fix my dishwasher. After diagnosing it was a faulty control panel, he said that he could do the work for me, but thought i could do it myself and save quite a bit of money. He said that once I got the part that if I had any issues just to call and he would be more than happy to come back and help. I appreciate a company that values customer service over talking money.

Patrick was able to fit me in a few days earlier than scheduled which was wonderful. He then came back promptly to fix something else that went wrong with my dryer. He was very courteous throughout.

Patrick was the tech that came to my house. The first visit he repaired a part on the fridge but the error iMessage returned the next day. I contacted him to come back. For three days he said he would be back but did not keep me informed at all of when he would arrive. Finally I ended up calling a whole other company. I would not use him again.
