Avoid. PLM misdiagnosed a broken refrigerator, made me wait a couple of weeks for the part that was supposed to repair it, never once updated me about the status unless I called them, and has not refunded me for an unused $287 refrigerator part despite saying they would. I had to call to request the refund, and called 2-3 more times and sent an email. I eventually disputed the credit card charge since they kept saying they would issue the refund but it has not happened.

Hired them on May 9 2018. Phil came to my house 4 times and could not fix my Samsung dryer. It was a two week wait each time because we had to wait on parts then one week to schedule the work. On August 8 I gave up and bought a new one. I gave them the old dryer to take all the new parts off to help them out. I have invested $241.00 in parts, $85 in a service call. I asked for a refund on August 8 and have received nothing but lies on when they will refund my money.

Wonderful. He came right out and diagnosed the problem. He got the part and came out the next day, on a Saturday no less, repaired my dishwasher for a reasonable fee and it works great. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely call again!
