"Terrible experience. Quoted 2 day job, ended up being 2 months!! No caulking in some places, bad joints in others. NOTHING like what was planned. The floor wasn?t square with the room! They came and?fixed it? THEN offered ?hush money? with a contract so I wouldn?t do exactly what I?m doing!! Also with that they decided to ?void the warranty? lol. Trash company!! They are good until they actually install!"

"Sam did major projects for me. Installed doors; replaced bath vanity with new plumbing; installed crown molding, wainscot, ceiling fan, dog door in wall, outdoor security lights, 200 foot x 6 foot cedar fence, chain link fence,; built backyard paver patio with 10x10 pergola in concrete; repaired sprinkler issues; electrical repairs; mounted outdoor flag poles; removed old wrought iron railing on porch. Poured a concrete step off porch. He helped transplant roses/garden plants from deceased uncleâ s home. Moved various items from said items to my home. Removed trash and debris from all projects as needed. Repaired lawn mower. I had other major projects planned as kitchen remodel and landscaping backyard. Sam is an industrious, insightful, and creative worker. He can think outside the box and offer ideas I had not considered. His work ethic is beyond reproach. Heâ s not satisfied until a project is completed correctly and to our both satisfaction. For a long while he had a key to my home so he could work around the hours of his full time job and not need me to wait. I have complete confidence in his character and integrity never taking advantage financially or any other means. Heâ s pleasant in personality and a kind person. Sam never failed to complete any task asked of him. I felt his quality of work was of the highest standard. His demeanor always respectful, mannerly and with enthusiasm. Sam did work for both of my sonsâ property and a cousin to include electrical and plumbing work. While Sam no longer lives near, I believe no matter what he does or where, he will succeed in the highest degree. Heâ s ambitious. Heâ s a hard worker and always completes his work. "These people did a good job on the sales side. However, I have had a few problems since the installation. They have been very frustrating to deal with on the service side. I need to point out all of the problems are within the warranty period. I have sent emails with pictures of the problems and have texted people, and they have said they will schedule repair, but nothing happens. On the most recent problem I have sent pictures and have received texts back saying, "yes, it's a problem" but can't get anyone to fix it. My opinion is they have no clear chain of command to take care of issues after the install. They advertise we are a small company and can sell for less. The reality is, yes then can sell for less but service after the fact is terrible. The pictures below are poor or failed caulking in less than a year. The other problem I had was the shower bar was installed upside down. That has been repaired but again it took months to get anyone's attention."

"Neil, the owner of the Co came personally to show what was available when I asked for bids from local builders. That was nice and he seemed very pleasant and honest. I contracted with the company that day without hesitation. I was sad it took about 6 weeks before they could come do my shower, but that also had been told to me upfront. When the time came for my shower, I was SO excited. I was told in the beginning the install would take about a week. Neil had given me some beautiful pictures of the shower I had chosen. Angelo was my installer. He got really sick during the week and unfortunately, his work suffered. There were several things that needed fixed, including a bad leak that prevented me from using the shower. NO problem! Angelo was in bed very sick for a few days, when he came back.. he did everything to make me happy and was very pleasant and nice while working. The outcome was beautiful! However , another small problem popped op and I had to call again for a fix. The shower was leaking all over my floor again! I had been dealing with DJ ( Angelo's boss it seems but I don't think he ever actually installs anything) both he and Angelo came back a few days after I called and looked at the problem. DJ was VERY rude during this visit and I expressed my dissapointment to ,Neil. Angelo happily fixed the problem. All these repairs came out if Angelo's pocket , but he never complained. My shower is very nice now and overall I am very happy. It was very nice that my problems were addressed and solved without my having any hassle. I found out later that nothing was said to DJ about his attitude although he fired Angelo! That was shocking as Angelo fixed his mistakes with no fuss.. the original problem wasn't because he was a bad worker, it was because he was very very sick with an infection and fever, should probably have gone home a couple days sooner and then just come back and finished the shower.. instead, he struggled through and he ended up having to go into his pocket to fix what he had done wrong. And they fired him for that? I think that was wrong. He was paid a small portion of what I paid in cash for my shower, but all the repairs came out of his pocket, not the company!"
