Great job, clean and neat, tight as a drum. Adam spent 6 hours here, a pleasure to work with and obviously knows his stuff. Took the time to explain things, pays attention to the details. We have used Jolly Plumbing for the past 14 years for minor jobs to plumbing a new custom home. Never disappointed, and every contact from admin and phone personnel to the plumbers themselves has always been a pleasure. Highly recommended.

I was extremely pleased with my interactions with Jolly Plumbing and Heating. As I called around for quotes, I got the most thorough answer from this company and since their quote was good, I decided to use them for this job. I was not disappointed. The two men showed up on time. They got the job done in the shortest amount of time expected so my cost was the low end of the range I had been given. I asked them to remove the garbage disposal and change how the dishwasher vented so they reconfigured pipes under the sink. I was quite please with how they did it and maximized my available space there. I will definitely use Jolly Plumbing if I have future plumbing needs.

Jolly was the plumbing company when we built this home in 2005. Since that time, all calls from us resulted in immediate response and same day resolution in all but one instance that required an odd part. Work is always first rate

Gave us a free estimate for the job. When they came out they were very professional. Spent many hours to get the job done, did high quality work. Made sure to keep work area clean. Highly trustworthy and hard working guys. Received the bill and was exactly the same as previously quoted, even though I think the job was more work then expected. Highly recommend, nice to have a company I can trust. This is not the first time I have hired this company and every experience has been just as good.

I own several rentals here in Colorado Springs and have been down the road having to replace hot water heaters many times before.  I have to say the tech was nice and polite, but finally after two hours, the old hot water heater should have been drained, out the door and the new one installed.  Nope..the tech got it in and it wasn't lighting; he contacted Rheem, the manufacturer, and another tech that worked for the company and kept trying to figure out what was going on.  Finally after mesing with the heater over 4 hours, I told the tech to have another hot water heater brought out.  He called Steve, his boss, that now runs the company for his Dad and asked Steve to bring him a new hot water heater because of the issues.  Well, I overheard the conversation on both ends and Steve tells the tech to meet him across town to pick up a new one.  The tech was surprised by this because it would take a half hour to 45 minutes to drain the present one and uninstall it.  So the tech calls another tech for the company that was off duty and asked him if he would bring over a new one and the other tech was kind enough to cut into his personal time to bring it because Steve, the manager, was too lazy to do it.  He said nothing about having a meeting as he later stated to me as I heard what he was telling the tech; even told the tech I'd get a discount for all the problems.  Well, the off-duty tech shows up then, and it was then the regular tech finds an ear plug stuck in the gas line that they brought that caused the whole gas problem.  So bottom line, didn't have to change out the new one because of the gas line Jolly Plumbing brought; I had to cancel my plans with my husband for the night and finally six hours later, it was installed.  Upon talking to Steve, he gave me this BS that it takes 3-4 hours to install a hotwater heater....yeah, if you are taking breaks every 15  minutes.  I got no discount off the quoted price and Steve was very unprofessional.  He was just too lazy to be bothered to bring a new one and he lied and talked down to me as if I was just some uneducated person about hotwater heaters.  If Steve's Dad wants to keep his company, Steve's Dad better take it back over with the unprofessionalism that happened.

At first not well. We were over budget by $2000 (not the fault of Jolly, however.) There was also some miscommunication about what we wanted done in two of the bathrooms. Cheryl/Sheryl with Jolly was wonderful. Through several conversations with her, most of the problems we were having with budget/etc.. were resolved. She was very patient and professional. There was also a small mistake made when the job was bid and Jolly handled that well.

They did a great job. They were prompt, and we were happy with the work.

They do very good service and we have used them repeatedly to service our heater several times. The guys do good service. They come when they say they are going to come and do what they need to do to fix the things.

The price was reasonable, the work was shotty. There were leaks after the plumbing work, I've had nothing but problems since then that I've repaired myself because I didn't trust anyone else.

We won't go with anyone else. We've been using them for about 10-15 years. They're punctual and are very professional. We highly recommend them.

, I was surprised at how fast they were able to respond, ( 2 hours). They had to tear out part of the kitchen wall to do the repair, and they told also recommended a company that would repair the wall. Very professional, but not at all snobby.

Sent email to Jolly, they responded with cost details same day. We called to arrange for them to do the work. One plumber came on the next day, replaced the faucet in about a half hour, replaced the pressure regulator valve in about 15 minutes. Other firms estimated the required time to be 4 to 6 hours just for the PRV. The work was professionally done, every thing was cleaned up (better than when the work was started). We were very pleased with their easy process, quality of work and materials, and the plumber answered all our questions and made suggestions for long term care. We thought we had taken a step back to times when excellent service was the rule, prices were exceptionally fair, and the customer was happy. No money was exchanged at the time of service, they sent a detailed bill a few days later without any surprises, and we paid bhem immediately.

The installation required more work than anticipated since an existing water filter needed to be moved to make room under the sink. This extended the estimated time for the work to be done, however the installer worked efficiently and cleaned up when he was finished.
