Affordable Rooter

Job was completed quickly and efficiently. A slight mess was left behind, but it was a plumbing job, after all, so that was expected.

Professional company all the way around, easy install of a garbage disposal in an older home because of tech's expertise. Affordable Rooter was also very good about coordinating services with myself and the city to install a water shut off valve and when the city came to shut off water from the street and it was found a shut off valve already existed at the meter, the company came out to verify this was adequate for my needs and charged nothing. They are a pleasure to work with- will call for all my plumbing needs (not that I hope to have many more!)

I live in a remote location an hour from Colorado Springs. This company came out on a Sunday (at no extra charge) and helped me solve these problems. It was a tricky drain situation with a T that made access through the system very difficult. The technician had to run a camera to determine how best to clear the drain and discounted that cost. He was successful and very informative about care and future maintenance. He then was able to fix a leak in the bathroom plumbing through an access panel. As a senior citizen, I really appreciate the courteous and professional attitude of this company and would definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend them!

My bad plumbing experience. I called Affordable plumbing. I told the lady what was wrong and she said she would have the plumber call me back to give me an estimate. So, he called me back but couldn't do an estimate over the phone per him. One thing I needed was some new pipes and a p trap under my kitchen sink. It is 49 for them to come look at it. So I said ok. He said the p trap would be over 100 for that plus replacing maybe 5 small pipes. He quoted me over 300.00. Also, I have a pipe that sheared in the tub at the drain. He wanted to cut a few holes in my walls to find the leak even though I told him where it was and that it has happened before. He said it might not be that. Ok, he is right, but wanting to cut 75 dollars a hole was just ridiculous and as he said he would need a few. He wanted to start behind the shower spout and not go under the house and check that pipe real quick. HUH! That price just for cutting 3 holes is 225 and that doesn't include any parts for the tub or labor for the other work. I told him way too much. No way am I paying that much. So I gave him his check for 49 and sent him on his way. Beware..

It was good. They are great. The guy was really nice. They came as soon as they could I mean there is like 15 million houses with frozen pipes and they made it within a day and a half and it was really nice.

Couldn't have asked for more Brian was right on time, he introduced himself and asked, where do we start . He walked us though each process he took offering various options. We ended up doing more than planned but it was well worth it . We felt very comfortable with him in our house and with his professional attitude.

Lyle was clean, neat, on time and cheerful. Described work to be done and proceeded to proficiently complete the task! And recommended to my friends.

Kyle was on time. Completed the task in under 10 minutes.

He did a good job. Completed the job in 1 1/2 hours, but charged me close to $ 300. The receipt was not itemized. I wish I had purchased the other provider with the installation of a new water picket for $ 99. I felt the work was overpriced for the work that was done and I would not use them again.

Very responsive, very courteous.  Also very polite with my irate mother-in-law who was a bit out of line in her response to the issue.  (We were out of town.)

Great.  He showed up when he said he would, worked quickly, was friendly and pleasant to have in my home.  I could not have asked for better service.

They were available when we needed them and they came out a second time when the problem continued. They were awesome, professional, punctual and focused on the customer being happy. I would use them again for any plumbing issue.
