They were quick and efficient with our gutter installation

I have a very positive experience with Denco Gutters. They responded right away via texting as instructed by me since I was traveling abroad and cannot call. With my permission, they came out to my place to do the estimate right away, sending both photos and an estimate to me via text again. I did look into three contractors. By comparison doing similar job, Denco Gutters’ estimate is the one with the most reasonable price. They got the job done once I decided to go with Denco. They also gave me some advice regarding the sequence of the project since I also needed to have the house exterior painted. The gutters were replace while I was away. I got back and saw the new gutters in the right place with tiny modifications of the downpour position which I really appreciate. I would hire Denco again for sure.

Sindy , the sweet girl on the phone from Denco Gutters , has the best customer service personality I’ve heard in a long time , please give that girl a raise !!! Eduardo , who came and gave me the free estimate was great , he gave his honest opinion and said , I didn’t have to do all the gutters , I loved that. The guys that replaced my gutters , was very nice and did an awesome job , quick and efficient . I will definitely be hiring Denco again for my next project !!! We had a terrific experience--siding repair, fence repair, painting exterior, building a gate. Carlos supervised and everyone worked hard. Would recommend them! Very conscientious people!

Jose was kind and efficient with his initial quote however he left out up sell options like cost of gutter guards and whether the work was guaranteed for any length of time. For the install Jose arrived but then left once the work began. When the job was complete, I found a hole in the new gutters right in the front corner of my house where the whole that prompted the repair was originally. I pointed it out to the workers who filled it with cocking. Never a call or follow up from Jose there after, aside from this review request.

Denco Gutters & Exterior's job manager Jose was professional, communicative & competent.

Jose and his crew did a great job, they provided a detailed estimate and answered any questions we had before and during the project. They replaced our gutters, installed gutter guards, downspouts, repaired some facia, soffits and did a good job painting our home. They went beyond taking down a full wall on climbing vine and disposing of it. They are not quite finished they have some touch up and a last walk through but we hope to have them in the future do more projects with us.

The were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again!

What can I say- I had a big gutter problem. Water from the top of my roof from snow would just literally pour over the gutters onto my driveway and in the winter we had a complete ice rink. The owner Jose came up with a creative solution and made it happen on time- tidy -perfect company.! a big thank Jose youâ re the best.Martine
