"I hired them to clean a large Lazy Boy chair and a large couch after our large dog had passed. The Lazy Boy came out amazing, so clean! The couch came out better than it had been, but the material of it doesn't look as good now, it looks a bit dingier and stretched out, but smelled and felt a lot cleaner. I think that was due to the material on the couch more than anything being done wrong. There was a grimy spot under one arm of it that my dog rubbed herself against daily that I pointed out. The Tech made it a little better but it was mostly still there. He had said it would be hard to get out because of the oils in dog fur. They contacted me quickly to make an appointment and came out quickly. The Tech broke the handle of our Lazy Boy so they didn't charge me for anything initially. The owner came & fixed the handle within an hour of the cleaning job being done. He went out of his way to repair it. I thought that was great Customer Service! Overall we had a pretty good experience. The citrus scent of the product they used was very pleasant. I am scent sensitive but it really didn't bother me."
