"The basement floor was to be leveled before the new flooring was installed, that was not done. The flooring was installed with many mistakes and flaws that were all to be repaired or covered by trim. As time went on the contractor did not fix mistakes but made them worse and created more mistakes and all in all just did a horrible and unacceptable job. Also saying the could not get needed materials that were included in the original price quote so conned me into buying approximately another $1000.00 in materials that were just wasted by poor craftsmanship and now I've gotten another contractor and all of the flooring must be removed so that original leveling can be done. In the meantime the contractor conned me into paying for the garage project saying he would get some of his workers on it but never did. So I paid him &6,900.00 plus the materials"
