We arranged for Jon Valaer, the licensed electrician, to come to my home the next day to investigate a non-working electrical outlet. Jon and Angel arrived the next day at the promised time, and were quick to investigate. Checking the circuit breaker box, they thought the issue might be with an electrical ground fault protection switch being thrown. Sure enough, we checked the outlets and reset the switch.
