He also showed up on time, went and purchased an additional item to shine the new edge of our countertop, and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use him again!"

"A+ experience. Paramount completed our project with quality work, clear communication, and no surprises. From the initial estimate discussions with the company owner, Levi, to the final walk through, the entire Paramount crew was timely, pleasant, and professional. The main contractor who worked on our house was fantastic... he even went above and beyond to help us out by fixing some shoddy work left by a prior contractor. It was very unexpected, and, though just a small time investment on his part, it was a game changer for us. Paramount uses a project-management software tool that is amazing - you get real time updates, see the actual products being installed, delivery dates, progress photos, communication logs, and up-to-the-minute financials, including change orders. I loved having visibility to every part of our project, and it worked really well with my schedule. I could leave a question for Paramount in the app at night, knowing I would get a response the next day. After the project wrapped, we were impressed with Paramount's follow up. Levi, the owner, is a stickler for quality. During our final walk through, he noticed a couple of things that weren't up to his standards, and he made sure they were corrected. When a small issue came up with the Euro glass in our shower, he had the glass company come out to redo their work. Impressive, especially knowing how busy remodeling companies are these days."

"Alan Gaul merged two back to back closets and turned it into s larger pantry. He removed and closed off the two existing doors and repositioned it on the kitchen side. He did an excellent job and made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up before he left. I highly recommend him."

Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. I highly recommend them and would happily hire them again!"

"Whatever you do -- do NOT hire this company! I gave S&R Eagle Services a 50% deposit to tear out and replace a small deck on my townhome'24. They promised the work would be a simple 2-day job for them and they promised it would be done by the end of the summer. Unfortunately, all I received from them after that was lies and broken promises. After getting the BBB involved, the owner Sara Luevano still will not return my deposit and want to charge ME a 20% "cancellation" fee for never building my deck! In addition, the materials my HOA had approved last year were discontinued and are now no longer available. They made up lies with the BBB trying to make up excuses for dropping the ball on replacing my deck. Then they wanted me to wait around several more months this year for them to get around to getting their contractor's license in El Paso County for several months -- since they hadn't renewed it! By then, it was obvious the owners are liars, dishonest and not reliable. NO THANKS! "
