"Affordable Radon Services, LLC was great. We had an unusual, BIG radon problem. They fixed it efficiently, cheerfully and competently. They had to come back a couple times to get the number way down. They did that right away, and made it good, with no extra charge. They were on time, and knowledgeable."

"Aarmond installed a radon abatement system in my house. He brought my radon level from 14 pCi/L to less than 4. He is very professional and I heartily recommend his company."

"Called to ask about getting someone to come check on our radon system, which had stop working several months earlier. The person I spoke with, was friendly and very helpful. She was able to answer a few questions over the phone. She was also able to schedule someone to come out within the week. I was impressed that I received both an e-mail and phone appointment confirmation, the day before the technician was suppose to arrive. The technician showed up right on time, was professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. We needed a new fan for the system. Less than 30 minutes later, he was done and everything looks great. He left a radon testing kit that we will use in a week to make sure everything is working. Great experience and would definitely use them again in the future if needed."

"BIG shout out to North Point Radon! We had to re-do some radon mitigation on the house so we could start working on framing in the basement and they came in and did an incredible job. The pressure from the pump (or however you say it) went up from 1.1 to 1.25, so they filled in a bunch of spaces that weren't sealed up properly and cleaned everything up so our contractor can start framing. No big chunks of puffy foam - everything is sealed cleanly and nice and tight now (obvious from the reading on the pressure). Fast, affordable, effective, and we retested the basement and it came at less than 1%. Seriously good people. I would call them if you need any radon stuff (testing, mitigation, etc.) taken care of."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the radon mitigation service John provided. The estimate was accurate-no surprises. He was prompt, efficient and quick- it took just over 2 hours and that's including answering all my questions (and I had a lot of questions!). John's customer service was excellent and the results have so far exceeded my expectations. I am very glad I chose RMR."

"Everyone I worked with was professional and answered all my questions. installation looks good. I have an Airthings continuous radon sensor. My radon was averaging 7 before. It is at 1.7 now."

"Gage helped me work out a creative solution for my small space to keep the radon pipe out of the way, which other contractors couldn't do. He was also incredibly helpful and flexible with his schedule, which I really appreciated when my HOA took a bit of time to get back to me with approval. The finished job looks professional and clean. Jesse, who did most of the installation, worked hard at my house for the entire day, even out in the hot sun. He is clearly very diligent and did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased. Additionally, for the complexity of the job at my house, the price I paid was more than fair. As a side note, both Jesse and Gage are super nice guys, and it feels great to work with a local small business rather than one of the larger radon companies who don't seem to care as much about their work. If you live in the Denver Metro or Front Range area, I highly recommend Custom Radon Mitigations Solutions."
